September 18, 2007 To Potential Home Buyer or Seller, We have bought and sold 3 properties in the past 5 years. The best experience of them was the purchase and sale of our Morgan Hill Condo with Dominic Godfrey of Coldwell Banker. We were very impressed with how he handled the entire process. 2005 "We had halfheartedly decided to put our house up for sale. We got a proposal from a real estate agent and just sat on it. About a month or so later, we decided to get serious. We were told that the proposal we received was rather low. So we decided to interview one or two other agents. My husband and Dominic were social friends and when he heard we were in the market for an agent, he asked to be considered. He came one night and got the essential information from us. October 2008 Stacey Poso found us a really great deal on a bank owned foreclosure property but the bank wanted to sell the property AS IS, despite it needing numerous repairs.
